When can I perform the Soft Reset?
The Soft Reset is available from the kick-off of matchday 15.
Very important: The points, achievements, and the full scoring process of matchday 15 are not affected by the Soft Reset. Everything earned on that matchday is counted normally and awarded after scoring on Monday evening. Only after that does the reset take effect for the second half of the season.
What is the Soft Reset?
With the Soft Reset, you can reset all managers’ teams and budgets without affecting points, league table, or achievements. The league itself continues, but everyone starts the second half of the season with completely new squads. A reset is final and cannot be undone, so it’s best to discuss the decision within your league beforehand.
Why does a Soft Reset make sense?
A Soft Reset brings new excitement to the league and creates a more balanced competition. Managers who are currently trailing or joined late get a real second chance. Everyone starts with new teams, fresh strategies, and a new scouting phase. This makes the competition fairer and the second half of the season much more exciting.
What gets reset and what stays?
Reset: • all teams • the budget
Stays the same: • all points • the league table • all achievements • the number of transfers
Achievements earned on matchday 15, such as matchday wins, MVPs, or special points achievements, also remain fully intact.
What start options are available?
After the Soft Reset, you can choose between two options: • Classic Mode with team draw and 50 million budget • Money Mode without a team and a 200 million budget
The mode can be chosen freely, regardless of the league’s original mode.
How to perform the Soft Reset
Only the league admin can trigger the Soft Reset.
Open the league and tap the league logo in the top left.
Select “Edit league settings”.
Open “Reset options”. Nothing is reset at this point.
Select “Players only” as the reset type.
Choose the start option.
Confirm the reset by swiping to the right.
Important: Your previous team will be permanently deleted.
What is the Hard Reset?
The Hard Reset is a complete restart of the league. Teams, budget, points, league table, and achievements are all reset. We only recommend this option if the first half of the season was barely played. This reset is also final and cannot be undone.
