Please send us a receipt and your manager ID to help@kickbase.com and we will be happy to check it for you. A screenshot or an email with the order number (Apple Store) or the transaction ID (Play Store) is sufficient as proof.

How to access your transactions in the App Store is explained here: http://support.apple.com/en-en/ht2727.

To access your transactions in the Play Store, you need to go to https://wallet.google.com/ and log in.
