Are you sure that you have fulfilled the conditions for achievements?
1. bought the player from the transfer market (not from another manager) and sold him back to the transfer market.
2. bought the player this season
3. and of course reached the necessary profit difference.
You can get the 1 Mio achievement only once! Have you possibly already received it?
