Kickbase: No Points if Your Account Is in Minus at Matchday Start

Private League (Classic or Money Mode)
If your account is in the minus at the start of a matchday, the league admin can manually unlock your points.

Here’s how it works:

1. Open the league settings in the Seasonal Tab

2. Scroll down and select Edit league settings

3. Scroll down again and select the respective manager

4. Click on the three dots next to the manager’s name and choose Unlock matchday points

This action will be logged in the league events and cannot be undone by Support.

Arena League
In Arena Leagues, only the admin can unlock points during the matchday.
Support has no option to change this during or after the matchday.

Unlocking points afterwards

• Private League (Classic or Money Mode):
  After the matchday, you can contact our Support team at help@kickbase.com.
  With the agreement of all managers in your league (or the admin), we can also unlock points retroactively – but only for the last two matchdays.

• Arena League:
  A retroactive unlock by Support is currently not possible.
