For the new 2026/27 season, we're adjusting the prices for Kickbase Pro and Member. This change has been in effect since July 1, 2026. Anyone who has a Yearly subscription, or who purchased one on or before June 30, 2026, will continue paying the old price until January 1, 2028 — as long as automatic renewal remains active.
All subscriptions are handled exclusively through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Unfortunately, our support team has no way to manually adjust prices or grant individual terms — that's controlled solely by Apple and Google on a technical level. Prices may vary slightly by region.

Monthly: 2.99 € → 3.99 €
Yearly: 35.99 € (still 25% savings)
Member
Monthly: 4.99 € → 6.99 €
Yearly: 54.99 € (33% savings, previously 25%)
Why are you raising prices?
Only our second price adjustment in 13 years — the last was in 2022. Rising operating, infrastructure, licensing, and data costs make this necessary. No profit grab, just keeping the product running and improving.
Price Protection for Yearly Plans
All users who purchased a Yearly subscription (Pro or Member) on or before June 30, 2026, can renew their subscription under unchanged terms until January 1, 2028.
This means: your current price will stay the same until 01/01/2028 — as long as your Yearly subscription was active on or before June 30, 2026, and automatic renewal is turned on.
Example: You have a Pro Yearly subscription for €26.99. Your subscription renews in October 2026 — you'll still pay €26.99. And if it renews again in October 2027, you'll pay €26.99 once more. Only from January 2028 onward will the new price apply.
⚠️ If auto-renewal is disabled, your plan will expire and price protection no longer applies.
For Monthly plans, an active confirmation through Apple or Google is required when renewing at the new price after July 1, 2026.
Do I need to confirm or take any action regarding the renewal offer?
Do I need to do anything?
No. Your yearly subscription will renew automatically at your current price — you don't need to do anything. The only requirement is that automatic renewal is turned on in your store settings. If it's turned off, your subscription will expire and the price protection will no longer apply.
For Monthly subscriptions that would renew at the new price after July 1, 2026, active confirmation through Apple or Google is required.

I had a Yearly subscription until recently — do I qualify?
Price protection only applies to Yearly subscriptions that are active on July 1, 2026. Anyone who canceled or paused their Yearly subscription before the cutoff date and only takes out a new one afterward will pay the new price — even if they previously had a Yearly subscription in the past. The subscription must be active, and not canceled or paused, on the cutoff date.
Redeeming a won subscription code
Let your Yearly plan run normally first — it renews automatically at your current price. When you're ready to redeem your code, cancel or pause your plan beforehand, otherwise you'll continue to be charged.
Example: Plan runs until 06/30/2026 → renews until 06/30/2027 → renews again until 06/30/2028 → cancel/pause → redeem code → Member until 06/30/2029.
