Can player positions change during the season?
No. At the beginning of the season, player positions are set once and won't be changed later on. This is to ensure fairness, as most managers have built their squads based on the current positions.
How does a player’s listed position in Kickbase affect their points?
The position shown in Kickbase only determines where you can place the player in your team lineup.
However, the points a player earns are always based on the actual position they played during the match, as defined by the team’s real-life tactical setup.
How is a player's score calculated?
Points are awarded based on the player’s real tactical role in that specific game.
So, even if a player is listed as a midfielder, but plays as a winger in a match, their actions are evaluated according to the winger role.
