Your account must be in the positive by 20:29, as the official matchday usually starts at 20:30 on Fridays (regardless of when the match actually kicks off).
Occasionally, the matchday also starts at 18:30, for example, during an English week. Therefore, your account must no longer be in the negative by 18:29 in such cases. 😟💸
If you are still in the negative for any reason, the admin in a private league can manually unlock your points on matchday! In a public league, we can, in exceptional cases, credit the points retroactively, provided the admin and all managers agree.
